Vergis Epavlis Luxurious Suites is a newly built venue in Heraklion Crete Greece.

The Vergis Epavlis is located on Northern Crete, 14 km south of Heraklion, the islands capital. It is perched on a hillside near the village of Agios Myronas. The village of Agios Myronas is built around ancient Rafkos, a settlement that flourished during the Minoan period (ca 1200 BC).

The accommodation complex offers spectacular vistas of the Cretan Sea, Mount Youchtas, the Lassithi mountain range hills and valleys lush with vineyards and olive groves.

The Vergis Epavlis consists of 4 suites ranging up to 110m² with private balcony or spacious veranda, designed combining both modern and classic elements, with easy access to our swimming pools and also the luxurious Seasons & Senses Spa Beauty & Wellness, the exclusive "Stella Art" Gallery & Lounge Restaurant and the traditional tavern Ethimico.

Vergis Epavlis is ideally located in the Prefecture of Heraklion, Crete is world-famous for its exquisite archaeological and historical sights. It was the center of the great Minoan civilization, which was very advance for its time, having developed multi-level buildings, intricate sewage and plumbing systems, and ventilation networks.

The Vergis Epavlis consists of 4 suites. We decided to abstain from selecting particular stylistic nuances for the design and decor of our suites. We opted for a stylistic approach that combines both modern and classic elements. All suites comprise furniture, a master bedroom, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a kitchen and a sitting/dinning room and due to extra bed facilities each suite can accommodate up to 4 residents.

Suites ranging up to 110m² with private balcony or spacious veranda, individually controlled heating and fire place, library with literature, stereo CD Player, satellite TV (plasma, 20" LG) offering over 1000 channels, safe deposit box, luxury bed-sheets, bathrobes and slippers, laptop computer and PC modem outlet, wireless internet ADSL in the suites and all premises grounds, hydro-massage bathtub, garden (stretching to a total of 2200m²), individually controlled air-condition, direct dial telephone, fully equipped kitchen (for own use or private dinner prepared by our Chef), office desk, spacious wardrobes, ecological and anatomic mattresses and pillows, mini bar.

Four suites, plush with grand design themes and furnishings, can be the "emperor's base" for your stay in Crete as it is situated in the middle of the island. Luxury & originality, lavish decor in surroundings of natural beauty, by the small "local" village Agios Myronas.

All suites offer breathtaking views of mountains and vineyards but also the Aegean Pelagos Sea and the island Dia. The views have been characterized stunning and geographically unique by the Greek press.

Facilities include, Restaurant - Gallery - Spa - Gym - exterior temperature controlled Swimming Pool (12 x 5,5 m), with hydromassage device and bar - childrens temperature controlled swimming pool (3 x 3 m), the pool has been constructed to meet international safety standards and sanitation - Hair Saloon - private parking.

Stella Art Gallery & Lounge Restaurant
Stella Art allows magnificent scenic views of Heraklion, the sea and the surrounding mountains. Waiter-service dinner is offered here, while the menu is based on the world-acclaimed Mediterranean Diet.

Erato Snack Bar (by the pool)
Breakfast: Self-service Mediterranean style buffet, including tea-coffee-variety of Cretan herbal tisanes-juice-fruits Lunch: Light meals-salad-fruits.

Ethimiko
Traditional Cretan cuisine (based entirely on local produce) in the family-owned tavern, located in the village of Agios Myronas.

Celebrate on Crete
The organization of wedding and christening events in the enchanting Greek Orthodox chapel of the Archangel Michael located beside the V-Epavlis. The hosting in the gardens of Vergis Epavlis of all kinds of birthday parties, anniversaries, celebrations, receptions and other social events for 400 seated or 700 standing guests.
